Do I have to do everything myself? Or do you offer a service that manages things for me?

Built into the price of SmartConnect is our Write and Send service. We will write and send texts and/or emails to your customers on special days throughout the year. We’ll also design and send text and/or email campaigns for you as needed. Additionally, we’ll create and send ratings requests and/or surveys to your customers at no extra cost.

Of course, you have the option to do everything yourself. But you don’t have to.
