You can see your store’s daily performance by accessing the Daily Sales Report. You will have up to the minute information about your sales and gross margin by employee. Anywhere you have access to the internet, you will have a window into your store.
This report ranks each branch based on the total sales dollars. It shows the percentage of sales for each branch including profit dollars and GM%. Total sales dollars, COGS and gross margin are shown at the bottom of the report..

This report provides a summary of sales by employee, brand, department or product type for a selected date range. Cost of goods sold, gross profit dollars and the gross margin percentages are also shown.
This report is used to calculate the value of your inventory for each branch. Inventory value is calculated by multiplying the weighted average cost of each item by the quantity on hand. The Detailed Report shows the total number of items on hand and the total extended cost of all inventory. The Summary Report shows inventory value by department and a grand total value of all departments, separated by branch. This real-time report enables you to see your inventory investment on demand. You can search by branch, by merchandise department or by Brand. You can print the information in a summary or detail format.
This report shows the details of open purchase orders. The report includes the vendor ID, buyer ID, expected delivery date, quantity ordered and the quantity open along with the cost of each. The total dollar amount of items not yet received on the purchase order is also included.
This report assists buyers in deciding what merchandise is needed. It shows the item number, description, quantities available, on hand and on order. Additionally, sales information such as the last date sold, month to date sales and prior week sales is included.
This report shows the cost of items sold for each branch and includes sales dollars, profit dollars, gross profit margin and number of units sold.
This report provides a listing of all payments, by payment type, entered into AR Cash Receipts for each branch and GL bank account. The Customer Name and ID are included for each payment.
The Income Statement (P&L),is an integral financial report in the Smartwerks System, and may be accessed at any time. There is no need to spend the extra time and money in order to export your information to a separate accounting system.
The Balance sheet is a standard financial report which shows the balances of the Asset, Liability & Equity accounts “as of” a selected date. This report may be printed with or without the GL account numbers.
